BankInvest is managing three funds:

  • BI Private Equity New Markets K/S (PENM I): a USD 100 million fund established in 2006.
     
  • BI Private Equity New Markets II K/S (PENM II): a USD 150 million fund established in 2008.
     
  • BI Private Equity New Markets III K/S (PENM III): a USD 150 million fund established in 2011.
     

 

Our Focus
 

PENM invests in unlisted Vietnamese companies with a proven track record and a strong future development potential. The capital from PENM will typically be applied towards expansion.
